The procedure for making application to Covenant Academy involves the following four step process:
• Completion and submission of this application form along with the $40.00 per family application fee to the school office. This enables CA to create a file for your children to get the process started. No applications will be accepted without this application fee.
• Student records should be collected and submitted to the school office for processing. Records should include the student’s transcripts or report cards, standardized test scores, and disciplinary reports.
• Students in grades 6 – 12 must have their pastor or youth pastor complete the Pastor Recommendation Form and submit it to the school office.
• Once the above steps have been completed, the admissions office will schedule an interview at which time the application will be reviewed, and you will be asked to confirm your personal faith in Christ.
Admission to Covenant Academy will be determined based on the application and interview. In most cases a student may also be tested to determine acceptance or placement.
